Limited service during holidays

During the Christmas holidays there will be some limitation service for support and delivery, which might effect response time for support requests and deliveries .

Anders recruited to our support team

To strengthen our support of Netbiter Argos we recruited Anders Stålheden to our support team. Anders will answer support for Netbiter Argos, but also provide training in how the system works for customers. We welcome Anders to our company.

Limited order and support service

During the period 25 july to 12 august there will be limited service regarding orders and support, due to vacation periods.

New version of Serial/IP driver

We have released a new version (4.92)  of the Serial/IP to be used with Netbiter SS100. You will find the driver at the software download  at our Support area.
